An ERP system such as SAP works well for the logistics and financial process, but the kitchen complexity often causes headaches for the departments that deal directly with the product, such as product management, sales, order entry, production and service.

For the kitchen industry there are various specific solutions for content management, kitchen planning and even ERP systems. The problem, however, is that those systems do not, or poorly, interact with each other. That's because they all use their own product model.

Cuision was developed based on one central product model, solving these problems. It simplifies the complexity of selling and producing kitchens, connects seamlessly with the ERP system, and works on the basis of one central product model that connects all processes in the organization.

We offer solutions that support the business processes of a kitchen manufacturer and make them more efficient. All parts of the solution work on the same product model. This guarantees the integration of the processes and prevents double maintenance.

Cuision's core product model is the foundation for four key pillars

The modeling tools are used to build and maintain the central product model of a kitchen. These tools are part of our solution, available via a web client and accessible with any browser.

Structured catalog

Maintain the product catalog with cabinets, equipment and other elements in Cuision and thereby serve all necessary business processes.

3D display of products

When editing cabinets in the product model, a 3D view is always available to check your changes.

With the Cuision order entry modules, kitchens are configured quickly, completely and correctly. Depending on the users and the sales channel, the best-fitting module is chosen. The order entry modules also work on Cuision’s central product model.

Support both experienced and inexperienced users

There are order entry modules for various target groups. Think of experienced kitchen sellers in a showroom, B2B customers who order cabinets from you, or even consumers configuring their dream kitchen via your portal.

The word Cuision is a contraction of Cuisine (French for cuisine) and Vision (English for vision). We say "Kwie-sjon".

Cuision is a product that is being developed by PrimeFact Nederland BV. In the Netherlands, Cuision is marketed, sold and implemented by PrimeFact Nederland BV. Outside the Netherlands, partners are usually deployed for the implementation at customers.

PrimeFact5 is the product configuration software that is developed and marketed by PrimeFact Nederland BV. Cuision is developed on PrimeFact5. This makes Cuision extra flexible within projects.

PrimeFact5 (and therefore Cuision) is based on Microsoft .Net Web technology, allowing every .Net professional to integrate the product model into the organization. The .Net technology also ensures that PrimeFact is easy to integrate with other applications. The model can be managed in the cloud or on-premise. Thanks to smart synchronization tools, combinations are also possible. Programming knowledge is very useful, but is not strictly necessary to set up and maintain Cuision.

Most Cuision solutions run both hosted in the cloud and on-premise. We prefer to offer the typical web solutions via the cloud services, while the ERP and production solutions are preferably offered as an on-premise solution. PrimeFact5 ensures seamless integration between both platforms.

We see that SAP is a widely used ERP package within the kitchen industry. The Cuision solutions have therefore been developed to complement SAP seamlessly and this interface always has a central place in every solution. Integrations with other ERP systems are of course possible and we have experience with this.
